Do the SoloHUB Vault Courses need to be done in a certain order?
No, you can choose to start with the course that meets your most pressing needs and start there.

The first thing you do after joining SoloHUB is create your customized Success Path to determine where to start and in what order to go. You can adjust as often as you like. If you need help creating your Success Path, you can post in the community for guidance. You never have to feel like you have to figure it out on your own.

Is everything available immediately?
The entire SoloHUB Vault is available to you as soon as you join. You will start with the Welcome Course and determine your customized Success Path. As soon as you join, you are also invited to join the next meeting available to you in your chosen level of support.

What if the meeting schedule doesn’t work with my schedule?
If the posted schedule of Mastermind and Group Coaching meetings don’t work with your schedule, email Tiffany to discuss options.

How much time should I plan to invest?
The SoloHUB Vault training can be done at your own pace. To help you along, you’ll have a customized Success Path so you know where to start to best fit your needs. Each course has a pacing guide so you’ll know how much time is recommended to spend on each module.

In general, to move forward at a good pace, you should plan to make an average 2-4 hour commitment each week. This includes watching videos, doing homework, attending meetings, and engaging in the online community.

The time you choose to spend each week can fluctuate depending on your schedule.

How long can I keep the SoloHUB Vault content?
You will have access to the SoloHUB Vault, including future updates and new material, for as long as you are an active, paying member. There may be lifetime access options available in the future. Email Tiffany if you are interested in lifetime access.

I already have a few people on my team, will this still work for me?
Absolutely! If you are less than satisfied with how your team and business is operating, SoloHUB will help you gain clarity in areas you aren't even aware of right now which will only enhance and improve every aspect of your business.

I don't have a business yet, do I need to have it started before joining?
Generally, business owners do better with SoloHUB when they have a level of confidence in their service and/or product viability. However, if SoloHUB sounds intriguing to you, we'd suggest you schedule a call with Tiffany to make sure it's a good fit.

I am a retail store, will this still work for me?

Can I make payments?
SoloHUB is set up as a monthly subscription. Monthly payments are made each month on the same day of the month that you originally joined. There are no long-term commitments, and you can change or cancel your membership level at any time.

I’m going on vacation and need to lower my level of support for a month, can I do that?
Yes, you have complete control over your monthly level of support. It does require that you cancel one membership and subscribe to another, but you can do that as often as you like to make sure to get the level of support when you need it.

I've done some branding work before, is this the same thing?
We have had many clients come to us having done some branding work with another coach or in another program. Those clients continue to find a new level of clarity in the branding work and are especially delighted to apply their updated brand identity to their operations and client experience in a profound way. Not to mention, there are so many other topics addressed in SoloHUB. There is plenty for you to learn here, and value to gain from the Community and Coaching!

I’ve created some systems for my business, will this still help me?
Good work! Yes, you will still learn about implementing systems in your business to achieve more operational efficiency and how to grow a team to deliver on your brand promise. Not to mention, there are so many other topics addressed in SoloHUB. There is plenty for you to learn here, and value to gain from the Community and Coaching!

Can I share my membership access with a friend?
SoloHUB is intended for one business at a time. All rights are reserved by White Desk Enterprises, LLC dba Lone Orange and no material may be replicated or distributed without express written permission from the owner.

What if it's not what I expect? Can I get my money back?
We do everything in our power to clearly communicate expectations and exceed them within the program, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your membership. However, we know that it may not turn out to be what you thought it was. For that reason, we don’t require large, upfront fees or long-term commitments. Rather with only a month-to-month commitment, you are able to cancel or change your level of membership at any time. We do offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. Aftr the initial 30 days, we are unable to refund fees.

Can this be accessed without the internet?
The digital courses, meetings, and online community all require the internet.

Can this be accessed on mobile devices?
Yes, the SoloHUB platform (including the digital courses and discussion channels) can be accessed via a mobile web browser. Meetings can be attended using the Zoom Mobile app.
